School-college speech the Great Independence Day on March 26-Bangladesh

                                                      Bismillahir Rahmanir Rahim

On the occasion of Independence Day and National Day on 26th March, my greetings and best wishes to all the honorable president, chief guest, special guests, respected teachers, students, assalamu alaikum. Today is March 26, the Great Independence Day. On this day in 1971, a new sun rose blood red in the eastern sky of Bengal, the red-green flag flew in the sky of Bengal. A country called Bangladesh was born in the world.

Freedom, you are the fragrance of the flower, the coot of the cuckoo

I paid 30 lakhs to bring you.

Not to mention how we gained independence. At the beginning of my speech, I remember with deep respect the great architect of Bengali independence, the father of the nation, Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman. At the same time remembering the brave children of Bengal. Those who gave us freedom by giving their lives in the war of freedom. A continent is a country called Bangladesh. Bangladesh India Pakistan was a country named Pak-India. After the partition of India on August 15, 1947, today's Bangladesh was called East Pakistan and the current Pakistan was called West Pakistan.

The people of East Pakistan were deprived of all our important rights as the power to run the state of Pakistan was in the hands of West Pakistan. Later, in the language movement of 1952, the mother tongue Bengali was taken away from the Pakistani invaders with fresh blood on the demand of "Rashtra Bhasha Bangla Chai". Since then the Godfather of Pakistan, Zulfikar Ali Bhutt, Yahya Khan, Muhammad Ali Jinnah, Tikka Khan, continued to weave various conspiracies for the Bengalis.

In protest of that, Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, the shepherd friend of Bengal, announced in a public meeting at the Race Course Maidan in Dhaka on March 7, 1971.

This struggle is our liberation struggle.

This struggle is our struggle for freedom.

When I have given blood, I will give more blood.

Still, I will leave this country free, inshallah.

March 25th was a day of brutal massacre in the history of Bangladesh's independence. Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman called the declaration of independence of Bangladesh in the early hours of March 26th as a result of the attack of Pakistani forces on unarmed Bengalis in the dark night of March 25th, 1971. Bangladesh's 9-month-long freedom struggle began. About 50,000 Bengalis were killed in the massacre of 25th March, which was conducted under the name of Operation Search Light. That night, the invaders brutally killed countless unarmed patriots and the best children of the country, including many intellectuals.

Language Movement of 52, United Front Elections of 54, Constitution Drafting Movement of 56, Anti-Martial Law Movement of 58, Anti-Education Commission Movement of 62, 6-Point Movement of 66, Mass Upheaval of 69, After General Elections of 1970 March 7, 1971. The freedom movement started with historical speeches. Bangabandhu was arrested on the night of 25th March. Before that, he sent the message of the declaration of independence. After that, the government in exile was formed. Liberation war took shape under their leadership. 26th March is a bright day in the glory of Bengali self-identity, great in sacrifice and pain. This day is immortal in the glory of fulfilling the dreams of the oppressed, deprived and exploited people. Independence Day is a day filled with the feeling of national unity and patriotism. I am ending my short speech here. Thank you all.
